Excellent Service in a timely manner! I called Champion AC because my AC unit had been dripping large amounts of water periodically. The service technician showed up on the day that was convenient for me.

I attended a CPS Roadshow and was very surprised when I found out that I won a complete A/C unit. Champion provided the unit out of their kindness and generosity. Called Champion AC (as we have in the past) and Junior arrived and found the the fan was not working properly. He went above and beyond to come back with a new fan and install it the next day... Called late in the evening to do a diagnostic; AC was done for. The agent I spoke to was very courteous, and arranged for an appointment the very next day less than 12 hours after my call. We were called with an ETA the day of service (great customer service). Of course we all hate to hear we need a new A/C system.

It's expensive & time consuming. However the team at Champion A/C made it painless & dare I say reasonably affordable. I was right to call them and they didn't disappoint. I had a Freon leak and asked if they could make it out the same day. They said they would try and called... I really can't think of too much negative at the time, overall they did a fine job. Service Great - Pricing, well..... What can you do? For a unit they replaced brand new 4 years ago, to have to spend $1000 in repairs already is high in my opinion. But 100 degree day, and I have to commend their fast service call time (1 hour....wow!). However, for parts that probably run $100 or... Service was fast and they arrived early. Everything was fine and working just as good I would recommend to a friend or family member. Johnny Garza was great! Johnny Garza came out to the house to look at our AC. He spent four and a half hours here in the hot summer sun looking at our unit. I appreciate that tremendously! He is very knowledgeable and explained our options thoroughly going forward from this point on. Called in the morning and had a/c up and running by early afternoon, fast, excellent service. Tech gave outstanding customer service! Jamie serviced our unit and sealed a plenum.

Later that afternoon, the compressor stopped running entirely. Inside temp now at 85f and rising at 4pm. I figured it was a minor/simple fix, so I called the office. Receptionist said the best... Champion AC provides unbelievable customer service! I came home late one evening to a rather warm house. I got online, found Champion AC, and requested a service call. I was called in under 5 minutes and had an appointment for the following day! Thanks for all the help My HVAC went out on the hottest day of the summer!! It was horrible, Champions made it out to my home within 24hrs to fix it. The repair professional was at our house in the first hour for the block of time they gave me. He was honest and to the point about our system and what we needed to fix before we sold our house. AC tune up and work. Roy the technician from champion AC was promt and friendly, he fixed my AC and it is going strong. I would highly recommend Roy and champion AC. Thank you Roy from a very satisfied customer.

The unit was upstairs in my townhome and required the technician to remove the old unit in pieces, carrying those pieces down a set of hardwood stairs and then bring the new system, also in pieces, up those same stairs. He was very careful, put drop cloths down and even removed a few paintings in the stairwell to avoid knocking them down. His explanation of how to operate the thermostat, change the filters, and flush the condensation line was thorough. I am very satisfied with both the installer's work and the overall installation. Who knew I'd be running the air-conditioner in December and early January. I did not know that the system also can adjust the humidity in the house, which is a great feature in Florida. I'm so glad that John recommended that I give you a call to get a quote...and I'm even more pleased that I didn't wait until my air-conditioner failed before getting a new one installed. We wish all contractors were as wonderful ask AC Designs! From the wonderful account rep that took our call this morning to the techs who were awesome, we learned so much more about our system!

This is our first winter in Florida and thank goodness we have AC designs to help us. I just had a new 15 seer AC installed for our upstairs floor and we were blown away by how meticulous, patient and thorough Michael was. He truly is a gem! If his boss is reading this, I'm sure he would appreciate a lay raise! I will most definitely be recommending my friends to A/C Designs and specifically tell them to ask to get Michael on the job! We moved into our newly constructed home on March 13, 2007. We moved to the beautiful city of St. Augustine from Macon Georgia to be nearer to our children, and we both are now eighty years of age. This afternoon, Tuesday July 24, our air conditioner quit cooling. Jason is the young man that was sent to our home. Jason was very knowledgeable about the problem and he conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was concerned about our ‘well-being’ and he made sure that we understood what we needed to know. He was very courteous. Truly this young man is an asset to your business, and we know you are proud of him.

Mike and James completed the referenced project this afternoon. I am very happy to report that these men were professional, courteous and friendly. They completed the work and restored the surrounding area(s) in a proper manner. They exceeded my expectations. Your company is fortunate to have these men as part of the organization. Everyone that I have dealt with is great! I received a call from Billy to schedule my maintenance appointment. He was very pleasant over the phone. On the morning of my appointment, I received a follow up call from Brian McKitrick letting me know that he was on his way and gave me the time frame on when he will be at my home.

I appreciated that nice gesture. He had a positive attitude throughout the appointment. I also wanted to add that it's great that the techs wear shoe covers before entering the home. I love that he tells me what he will do, courteous in every move... I really commend his professionalism and honesty. I am glad I got to experience firsthand how great your company is since my wife normally takes care of it. I called after normal business hours and left a message. I received a call back immediately from John Hall asking the problem we were having with our unit and the estimated time he would be at our home. John Hall was very courteous and thoroughly explained what he was going to do to service our unit. I am extremely pleased with the service he provided and the promptness in calling me back right away. I wish other companies can learn from the example your company sets.
