After some research I decided on EZ-AC. What a great product. Assembly was very straight forward and most importantly, air conditioner installation is very positive and very safe. Once you have it adjusted to fit your a/c you can take it out of your window when the season is over as easy as removing the a/c itself. You can tell it is made in the usa. It looks a lot better than the stack of boards I used to use to prop up the a/c from the outside. Once you have the ez-ac installed you just pick up your a/c and put it on the unit and close the window. It is super easy and they also include a foam gasket for any gaps you may have to fill. There is no drilling involved, which is great because I have new windows. I would buy another. It needs a way to put into a double window. We were able to create a support for the center of the window, but given the unequal sides it was a challenge. There should be some kind of adaptive support added.
