Works good, but when using to heat I have to turn it up to 80 degrees to get it to run continuously to ramp the room up to 70. Works great for a small outdoor room. Replaced a 5+ YO unit with this one in rental space. I like the automatic variable speed fan and internal thermostat for temperature control. Far better than old equipment.Outside box was in bad shape. Almost didn't open it, but when we did the inside box was well protected and in good shape. If you buy it for a room no bigger than 15x20 feet. Beyond that I think that you might want more BTUs anyway. The a/c works great!
