Used this A/C unit all summer and it has worked perfectly. The vertical design fit well in my casement window. My wife is very happy with the cooling the unit produces cools my room well. Broke within a month of installation, but was repaired by a local repair guy dispatched by the company under warranty, been working smooth for a couple summers...
