Thank you for your generosity we will forever be grateful! I attended a CPS Roadshow and was very surprised when I found out that I won a complete A/C unit. Champion provided the unit out of their kindness and generosity. The staff was wonderful starting with Mandy, Richard, Ben and all the staff. Justin and Thomas did a... We were having a problem with not enough air coming through the vents. Called Champion AC (as we have in the past) and Junior arrived and found the the fan was not working properly. He went above and beyond to come back with a new fan and install it the next day... Called late in the evening to do a diagnostic; AC was done for. The agent I spoke to was very courteous, and arranged for an appointment the very next day less than 12 hours after my call. We were called with an ETA the day of service (great customer service). Of course we all hate to hear we need a new A/C system. It's expensive & time consuming. However the team at Champion A/C made it painless & dare I say reasonably affordable.

From my first call to final installation every person I dealt with was extremely... As I was searching for a service provider. I came across Champion AC. I was drawn to the veteran ownership. Service Great - Pricing, well..... What can you do? For a unit they replaced brand new 4 years ago, to have to spend $1000 in repairs already is high in my opinion. But 100 degree day, and I have to commend their fast service call time (1 hour....wow!). However, for parts that probably run $100 or... Service was fast and they arrived early. Everything was fine and working just as good I would recommend to a friend or family member. Johnny Garza was great! Johnny Garza came out to the house to look at our AC. He spent four and a half hours here in the hot summer sun looking at our unit. I appreciate that tremendously! He is very knowledgeable and explained our options thoroughly going forward from this point on. Called in the morning and had a/c up and running by early afternoon, fast, excellent service. Tech gave outstanding customer service! Jamie serviced our unit and sealed a plenum. Later that afternoon, the compressor stopped running entirely.

Inside temp now at 85f and rising at 4pm. I figured it was a minor/simple fix, so I called the office. Receptionist said the best... Champion AC provides unbelievable customer service! I came home late one evening to a rather warm house. I got online, found Champion AC, and requested a service call. I was called in under 5 minutes and had an appointment for the following day! Thanks for all the help My HVAC went out on the hottest day of the summer!! It was horrible, Champions made it out to my home within 24hrs to fix it. The repair professional was at our house in the first hour for the block of time they gave me. He was honest and to the point about our system and what we needed to fix before we sold our house. AC tune up and work. Roy the technician from champion AC was promt and friendly, he fixed my AC and it is going strong. I would highly recommend Roy and champion AC.
