Randomly, our A/C unit started leaking a ton of water and condensation into our unit, soaking through the filter and causing some odd noises. Not what you want to see and hear on July 1st in Arizona. I called a lot of different places and everyone was telling me that they were booked until Tuesday of next week - obviously that wasn't going to work for me. I finally called the guys at PriceMyAC, and not only did they pick right up, but Tom told me that they could be out in 60-90 minutes, which was music to my ears. Sure enough, after about an hour, they showed up, and 30 minutes after that they'd finished up and everything was running smoothly. They quickly found and diagnosed the problem, went above and beyond in fixing it, and their prices were very reasonable. The guys were friendly and professional, and I'd highly recommend them. We have a condo rental that the air was not functioning as well as it should have. Our regular company couldn't come until Monday and we didn't want our tenants to endure the 115 degree heat.

A couple years later, when the drain pan cracked, he gave me both options (attempt to fix which likely would destroy the unit in under a year or replace the system AND get energy savings). I opted to replace. Best decision I've ever made. He ended up reducting my house (additional cost) as part of the replacement (move from box vents above the hallway to snake hose, drop vents) and not only is my energy usage lower, but the rooms stay colder and don't have the &dquot;hot zones&dquot; they used to have. Not to mention the fact that the AC isn't running constantly during the hot hours of the summer afternoons in the desert.I've dealt with some shady operators in the past and John is NOT one of them. John the owner and technician once again came to my house and fixed my ac unit. I would recommend this company over and over again. Their professionalism and customer service goes beyond words.
