This air conditioning unit is the best. I'm cool and comfortable again. This portable air conditoner is great it cools my room real good im glad i got it that person that rate a two does understand portable air conditioner I got this a week and 1/2 ago. We have had 2 days in the 80's. This unit is not blowing very cold air. The digital temperature on the unit doesn't drop a bit and can't tell it is cooling the room. Not sure I can keep it in Texas as we will have many days in the 100's. Thinking I am going to have to return this. This unit arrived damaged-the unit was dented and it would not turn on-horrible. Fortunately, HSN did send out UPS to pick it up and I am grateful for that. I didn't have any problems with returning the unit, but it takes forever to get my money back-I hope it will be soon. I had to go to my local Home Depot to get my unit.
