Leaked after 1 days of usage. This was really disappointing. I have a 10,000 BTU Honeywell MNE and it cools more effectively then this unit.Well packaged and no water tub to drain. Cools off my basement in no time. Highly recommend this unit. This unit works well and was easy to set up. You need to realize that "portable" ACs are the noisiest. Central air is the quietest and window units are in between. Big bulky and doesn't put out cool enough air. If you have a very small room it might work ok. Not sufficient for a 12 x10 room. Good AC, cools as expected, not very noisy considering you have the whole equipment inside your room next to you. Our central AC broke and it was still hot.
