Great Purchase, Install and Service Very happy with the purchase of our Mitsibushi Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump. The installer performed great from system proposal, to installation and then customer service including a subsequent call out to correct a slight cosmetic defect. The heat pump itself is wonderful; easily adaptable for the needs of our old farm house, very energy efficient and quiet, quiet, quiet. Would highly recommend the heat pump and the installer. installation process was thorough. Equipment quick & accurate. From initial home assessment, equipment selection, & installation, all work done was professional, neat, careful, and timely. Although haven't used the a.c. yet after installation test, the heat pump is excellent, quick & quiet. Sales and install went well, but... The installation crew said there was not a pump on the truck so the only option they had was to install the old, rusty pump. This is not the same manufacturer and likely voids the warranty.

They requested that I contact the ACS office and have them install a new pump. I contacted the ACS office and was told that they definitely do not want the old pump connected to the new machine. 3 ton complete ac unitI was told someone would contact me immediately for an install. how to reset a home ac unitThat call never came.ac unit can't keep up I was called two weeks later by ACS for a customer service report on the install and reiterated this issue. She again said this was absolutely unacceptable and that a new install would happen within days. Again, no call, no response. Where this stands I do not know, but that's where it is. Obviously my concern is that the old Gibson pump is going to fail and thereby void the warranty on the new Rheem unit.

I am very happy I calledI called on a tuesday and on Wednesday a rep. came out and on thursday my heat pump was installed. The guys who installed were courteous and respectful. the phone contacts were very polite and timely. it was a SMALL SPACE, but they managed. Thanks for the water heater, furnace, humidifier, A/C AND a little evaporator pump! Very Professional job, Timely completion of work The sales person was very helpful in the description of the system, provided several options, stated what would be done. one issue the tech did not check to see if my internet controlled thermostat would work with the installed Heat Pump. Call to get updated thermostat, tech missed service appointment date/time. Furnace and Installation - great value Project was to replace the gas furnace in my heat pump dual fuel system. The contractor was quick to estimate the job and with some upgrades and discounts, handily beat two other estimates.

This is a very competitive business and I recommend multiple estimates and ask for aggressive pricing if you are not satisfied with a quote. The removal of the old system and installation went smoothly. The operation of the system has been flawless so far and we are very pleased with the performance. Lousy communication by the installers customer service people, The install went fairly well, except they showed up 2 hours later than the planned time and I had to call them. They did not call me to let me know things were running late. It took five appointments after the install to get the heat pump put in, to correct the code voilations and get final permits signed off. It would have been seven except I managed to get two things done on the same date. The permits were signed off just this week on 8/27/15. Other than the fact I have a hole in my drywall inside the closet where the HVAC is housed, everything now looks good and is working well.Mini Split Air Conditioners
