After Dallas Dodge quoted me $1,600 to replace the evaporater and expansion valve (remove and reinstall dash)...I decided to Google ac repair Dallas and found Matt's. Mathew popped the hood and within 3 minutes he found a pin hole in the high pressure line (worn through the aluminum by an after market fuel filter). He quoted me $350 to $400, took off the line, welded it, reinstalled it, put protective shields in several locations that were also rubbing and charged the system. Then within minutes after the system would not cool properly he discovered the fan clutch was weak and not pulling enough air across the condesor. Put in a Hayes aftermarket clutch and the total was $457. He also replaced the the o rings at the expansion valve and charged the system with oil. I've been cool as a cucumber since. It's never thrown colder air since I purchased it used in 2013. My trans also now runs at 195 deg..

He did not even start on my car that day. I talk with him and he said he would do it first thing Monday morning, I called him back at 1:00 pm and he still had not started on my car.
