The quality of the service is good. Being overcharged for bad service is not a good way to keep repeat customers. A year and a half ago the outside unit of my A/C kept running constantly, so they came out and changed a switch and blew the hoses for $140. Last week I had the same problem, so I called them out again anticpating the same solution and a similar price. They came out and told me that the switch is fine, so they just blew the hoses for $100. The next day, the outside unit kept running, so I had to get them out again since the problem was not fixed. This time only my wife was home and I told her to only pay for the parts they install, if any, since the service should be covered under the warranty of the service from the day before. They finally changed the same switch, like I told them to do in the first place, and charged her another $100 saying that is the cost of the part only. A year and a half ago the same srevice cost $140 and now it is $200 with the part being $100 alone?

That means last year they did the same labor for $40, so why does it cost $100 for labor now? Somewhere they clearly lied and ripped me off the second time! Kimberly Air IncExcellent Service!!! It's hard to find service like this in Miami. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and very informative. I called these guys after paying $50 for a service call from another company that try to screw me for $835 for three repairs that I didn't need. This company delivered on everything they said they were going to do and didn't try to hustle me for more money. When I spoke with one of their lead technicians; I gained confidence in this company. I give him the make and model of my unit and he was able to figure out the problem I had and described all the symptoms I was experiencing. Once I discovered that they also fixed laboratory equipment I was really sold. I work in a lab and know how hard it is to find people to fix lab equipment pertaining to refrigeration. So I figure these guys must really know their stuff.
