how ac outdoor unit works Chateau on the Lake offers a scenic view and luxurious accommodations with a super friendly team to greet their guests and offer assistance to make every stay, whether business or pleasure, a delight. This place was awesome! From checkin to checkout it was a great experience! We had stayed 1 night but had a blast eating in the restaurants to the lakefront view from the balcony. We loved every moment of it. The best part was the spa and how the 1 hour massage was. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Also the ambiance is great! Room Tip: Lakefront view was awesome at the ninth floor! This place is beautiful! You are definitely paying for the view. We stayed on the 9th floor with a lake view balcony. The view was breath taking. No matter where you go they have comfortable seating where you can relax and gaze out at the lake.Lots of seating areas to relax outside or inside. This was my favorite part! I loved sitting outside on the deck in rocking chairs and drinking a glass of wine with my husband.Loved the Sweet Shop. Stopped in one afternoon for a double scoop waffle cone! For breakfast the next day, we didn't feel like a big breakfast so I went down and got donuts and sausage/egg breakfast sandwiches.Atrium restaurant for drinks when we arrived was great as was Thomas our server. All the furniture was comfortable no matter where you went in the resort.Everyone was very friendly.CONS:The lady (whose name tag said "in-training") who greeted us and checked us in was very unprofessional.

She was trying to be funny by saying they were out of balcony rooms when I had paid extra to guarantee a balcony. She continued to "joke" by saying it was a rule that husbands had to buy their wives a piece of jewelry and husbands had to be kept on a leash. We were not amused. I hope she gets some more training! The coffee is awful. There is a Keurig in each room so bring your own K-cups.The food is just ok.The balconies are TINY.They just need to do some more training with their staff about customer service in a LUXURY resort. Especially, upon check in. When you have been driving for hours on those Ozark roads, you are ready for some relaxation not jokes about men needing to be on leashes! Room Tip: Lake view with a balcony was great! We arrived on Saturday and just stayed one night for a little quick weekend getaway. The resort is beautiful and everybody was very friendly. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Took a waverunner out from the marina for a few hours 1 day and it was amazing.
