Students completing this certificate will perform tasks related to collision repair, painting, brakes, electrical/electronic systems, suspension and steering and heating and air conditioning systems. They will also analyze, diagnose and perform repairs related to auto body systems in I-CAR specialty areas. This program has special admission requirements and an enrollment limit. Automotive Entry Level Technician Certificate Students completing this certificate will analyze, diagnose and perform repairs related to electrical/electronic systems, suspension and steering and heating and air conditioning. Students completing this certificate will analyze, diagnose and perform repairs related to engine repair and engine machining in the ASE areas. Automotive Technology Associate of Applied Science Students completing this degree will analyze, diagnose and perform repairs related to brakes, electrical/electronic systems, engine performance, suspension and steering, transmissions and transaxles, heat and air conditioning systems and manual drive train and axles in the ASE areas.
