air handling unit technical data

Air handling products Apart from a variety of modular air handling units with separate control, Solid Air also supplies compact, integrated solutions. This is why Solid Air developed Aeolus, the only compact high efficiency heat recovery unit supplied complete and entirely ready to use. Top heat recovery performance is achieved with our air conditioning units with regenerative HRU or with adiabatic cooling-based HRU. Solid Air’s air handling units are fitted with high-grade technical components and operating systems. Sunwind Air Handling Unit Split corrugated fins and high quality copper tubes of cross-flow coil to strengthen the turbulence effect of the air flow. Adjust the distance between fins, optimized the pipe line arrangement to enhance the heat exchange efficiency. More Information on Air Handling Units For an optimized efficiency of an AHU and consequently energy savings, thermal bridges and air tightness are important structural aspects that have to be taken into condiferation from design. Thermal bridges lead to loss of heat, condensation and rust, air leaks increase required system capacity and operation costs. For a better adaptability, we offer you a modular technology. This gives the possibility of designing the AHU that suits perfectly your requirements. Also this offers the installer easy transportation and installations as well as the possibility of assembling and placing the unit in the most suitable position in the plant room. The sections are suitable for horizontal or vertical installation as required.

No additional supports are required when sections are mounted on top of each other to form double deck units.

IV Produkt Designer is a product selection program designed for IV Produkt’s air handling units. IV Produkt Designer is simple and intuitive. The program generates dimensioned unit sketches that can be seen in 3D from different views. LCC, Life-cycle energy costs IV Produkt Designer also includes a standalone LCC calculation project. This gives you the ability to calculate the energy cost of your existing air handling unit. A handy aid when you need to implement an energy declaration. You can find the LCC program at the bottom of the menu in IV Produkt Designer. Build your unit in IV Produkt Design G3 to obtain a dimensioned and finished drawing with technical data containing SFPv values, temperature efficiency, sound data and much more. The program generates a three-dimensional model of the air handling unit, which can be exported to AutoCAD (DXF). Captions directly from the program Captions, AMA, are available for each project run in the application, and can be exported to a Word document.

The caption is a documentation of the unit and forms the basis for instructions, operation and maintenance, and can be used to copy information to project documents.Download full text in PDF You have selected 1 citation for export.
