"What we've done going back to 2008 is put over $30 million into our residence facilities – dorms and some housing as well," he added. The final phase of the renovation will pick back up next spring with the installation of a new elevator, renovations of the common areas and lobby as well as a roof replacement, which should be completed by the beginning of next fall, Storrar said.
