This product really holds up to its name. It really works well. In line Level and comes with blockes to build up the height of AC off the Window Sill This was great but did not fit for me. This is my second one and they seem to work well. The screws could be of better quality because they stripped and I had to get better ones, but all in all a good product This is a sturdy support for the heaviest of ACs. I was easily able to install it from inside a 2nd story window. Now, the AC unit crashing down to the ground is one less worry.

They provide solid support to the A/C, so there isn't near as much stress put on my windows, and they were pretty easy to install. The only downside that I can see (literally) is the gap between the bottom of the A/C and my windowsill. That was unexpected and needed to be filled. Only 2 screws needed to mount the bracket. It also comes in a larger size for bigger A.C. units. I have a 12000 BTU Frigidaire and this smaller bracket was just big enough. Bracket comes with GREAT hardware to make it fit most any window.

Remember it comes in a larger size as well for bigger A.C. units. Installation was Quick & Simple, a very CLEAN install! Simply stack the mounting plates until it fits your unit.
