Wayne Sr. really knows what he's talking about, he can answer any question you might have about HVAC.ShareFlag02/12/2013What a joke this place is i bought a new 3.5 ton heat pump there 8 months ago and recently went to turn on the heater and the defrost control doesnt work all the wires have been cut to it. after further investigation the unit is a 2008 model with a 2012 compressor in it a new fan motor and they are telling me they told me it had been converted from 3 phase to single phase and it was a new unit thats why nothing matched up on it. Bottom line the defrost doesnt work they will not refund my money or replace the unit they told me to bring them the unit and give them $500 more and they would give me a new one. really I cant believe it I have kids to feed I cant afford to be ripped off and keep having ac people come out.
