Dodge Plymouth Mopar Complete Kit GM's and Pontiac A/C Kits Toyota FJ-40 A/C Kits Big Truck and Misc Vehicles NAC has developed every a/c kit we sell Nostalgic AC Parts specializes in a/c kits for all vintage/classic vehicles.  All the systems we sell are designed and manufactured by us in Ocala Florida.  We offer two types of kits for classic cars; the first type is a direct fit system that will bolt into the vehicle without any modifications.  The second type is a universal fit system that can be adapted to almost any vehicle without any major modifications.  The direct fit kits we offer at this time are kits we have designed in house with the customer in mind. Since we are a manufacturer we are always ready to design new kits for vehicles.  If you would like information about designing a system for a particular application, please feel free to call us.  We have manufactured many different setups for customers including airplane evaporators, big truck and agriculture applications.

Our a/c kits are the simplest kits to install and do not require the car to be altered in any way.  If we do not have a direct fit kit listed, it is because we have not had the opportunity to fit that particular vehicle or we have decided against designing a specific kit due to the limited demand.  Our universal kits work great in any old classic, except for six volt systems.  We do not carry any six volt a/c systems. The evaporator unit will mount under the dash of the truck, normally in the center of the dash. The evaporator unit will not require the orignal heat system to be modified. The evaporator has a three speed blower fan with a temperature control. The evaporator has approximately 15000 BTU and 290 CFM. The kit is complete with all brand new parts to add A/C to any big rig or other equipment. The system has a floor mount evaporator that is designed to bolt to the floor or a flat "wall" in the cab. The unit has four vents that push air forward into the cab. The evaporator has two large blower fans on a single blower motor that can move up to 260 CFM and about 17,180 BTU. This Evaporator does not have vents for floor heat. We have compressor mount brackets to fit many applications. A list of engine mount kits for specific applications are: Ford, Chevrolet / GMC, Cummings, Mack, Detroit, Caterpillar, IHC, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes, John Deere, Case, New Holland and Perkins. If you have an engine that does not have a compressor mount available you will have to fabricate a compressor mount bracket. Pontiac Complete A/C Heat System Pontiac complete universal A/C heat and defrost system. This kit is designed to hide behind the dashboard, using vents in or under the dash. This kit can integrate the factory cable operated controls, or you can use the rotary knob style controls that are included.

If you wish to use the factory control panel please see below for more information. The kit will hook up to the factory defrost outlet under the dash, it will also hook into factory vents if your vehicle has them. If you do not have vents, we can include aftermarket vents. This kit will mount on the passenger side of the firewall, it will not interfere with the glove box. The kit requires the removal of the factory heater box from inside the vehicle. The kit has an Under-Dash vent panel that runs from the passenger side to the center of the dash, then has another vent on the driver side of the cab.
