It was great while it worked, ONE SEASON. It was quiet and cooled very effectively., When I put it back in the window for the second season, the fan would not start. These people are either full of crap or have never owned a different air conditioner. This unit is VERY LOUD compared to other units. I bought this unit summer of 2015 on sale from the orange big box store for about $50 less than offered on amazon. It initially worked well. Quiet and works with Ambi Climate. No Sensibo or Tado support. Very quiet and cools our large bedroom nicely. No problems and we've been using it for several years. Two years old working great the newer 2015 edition is more energy efficient.
