5 ton ac unit used

Products : Refrigeration & VP Oils Refrigeration & VP Oils A/C Re-New, formerly Zerol® Ice, has been used successfully for many years to improve the performance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. A/C Re-New provides significant saving in energy use. It also quiets noisy systems and extends the life of the system. It is a lubricant that blends with the system’s oil, lasting for the life of the equipment, or until the oil is changed. A/C Re-New can be used in air conditioning as well as refrigeration applications. It is formulated for use with R-22, R-410A as well as other refrigerants. The 4 oz. package can be used to treat systems up to 5 tons. For large commercial systems, such as packaged units or larger refrigeration systems, multiple bottles should be used. Additionally, the product is available in 32 oz. quarts. Install with the A/C Re-New Injector. This product must be used in accordance to the following directions by HVACR professionals only.
Unpressurized product can be used for R-22 / R-407C / R-410A. Use of the A/C Re-New Injector Tool (4057-99) is recommended for installation. Secure hose-end to suction side fitting, with valve in closed position. Once attached, crack valve quickly to purge. Add 4 fl. oz. to cylinder and the close cylinder lid to seal. a) Attach a vacuum pump to the other end, as shown, using another short hose with a shut-off valve. Draw vacuum on extra hose, then close its valve. Proceed to step 4. b) As an alternative method without the vacuum pump, use a clean manifold hose set and proper service techniques to push the A/C Re-New into the low side with high side pressure. Be sure to purge or “burp” all lines. a) Attach to high side and then briefly open valve on second hose to pressurize the cylinder of product. b) Slightly open valve on cylinder to push product into system low side. Once installed, close this valve and disconnect from low side fitting.
Close up cylinder to prevent any contamination from entering it. Download the product bulletin and other relevant literature here. Download a low resolution file of the product label here. Hopefully, we have the answer you are looking for here. The Unico System can be used to cool or heat homes or buildings that have no ductwork, inadequate ductwork, or where little space for ducting is available. The Unico System adapts perfectly to any type of residential setting such as homes, condominiums, or apartments. It also adapts to many commercial and industrial applications. The Unico System operates like any other central air system, but with greater benefits. The Unico System is extremely quiet because of its special sound-absorbing insulation. We insulate our air handler and use vibration pads on the system to reduce vibration and add extra sound absorption.
Special sound-attenuated supply ducts ensure quiet operation. In most cases, people don't even notice the system is running. Currently, there are 1 to 5 tons of nominal cooling & heating. One of the best selling features of the Unico System is that it can be used with any condensing unit of proper capacity. central ac unit capacityThere are hundreds of matches listed in the ARI Unitary Directory. small wall mounted air conditioning unitsMore than likely, you can use the condensing unit you are most familiar with. cost of 1 ton ac unitWe also recently launched a new type of outdoor unit - the iSeries. This unit is incredibly efficient and has many features and benefits over traditional condensing units. Each outlet is capable of delivering up to 35 CFM (19 L/s) with a capacity of 2000 Btu/hr (0.6 kW) cooling and 4000 Btu/hr (1.2 kW) heating with hot water.
We recommend that a minimum of 6 outlets per nominal ton be installed. However, this will vary depending on the design of your system and your load requirements. There are two types of outlets currently available: the round supply outlet and the slotted outlet. Ideally, the outlets should be located in the ceiling 5-inches from the wall or corner. If conditions prohibit this, they can be placed in the floor or sidewall. Both round and slotted outlets come in a variety of colors and woods which can be stained to match a wood floor. The system requires only two types of duct - the main plenum and the supply tubing, which is 2" or 2.5" inside diameter supply duct with insulation. The main plenum should be run as far as possible to keep supply runs as short as possible. The supply runs may be virtually as long as you need them to be. However, there will be reduced cooling capacity in long runs. The Unico System's return duct is like a conventional system, only smaller because the system uses less air.
