gForce DX – Dual Circuits – 21, 28, 35 ,46, 56, 70, 91 and 106 kW gForce DX dual circuit CRAC units provide the absolute latest technology available in mission critical cooling.  These units utilize backward-curved plenum fans, or “plug” fans, which have the motor and fan combined into one unit. This eliminates belts, pulleys and external bearings and shafts –  eliminating belt dust  and required periodic maintenance. To further increase efficiency, Data Aire added rifled tubing in the cooling coils. This rifling causes the refrigerant to spin as it flows through the tubing, ensuring the most complete heat transfer possible.  Like all Data Aire computer room air conditioners gForce uses efficient scroll compressors and steam generator humidifiers.  gForce can be either air or water/glycol cooled and configured for either upflow or downflow. The gForce DX – Dual Circuit units use dap4 microprocessors. For EPA compliance and environmental responsibility, all gForce DX units can be configured to use either R-410A or R-407C refrigerants.

Loaded with standard features such as the dap4 microprocessor control, dual scroll compressor and steam generator humidifiers, the Data Aire Series DX achieves efficient environmental control. Units are designed for either upflow or downflow air discharge in air cooled or water/glycol cooled DX systems from 6 to 30 nominal tons. 

Data Aire Series units are available with either R-410A or R-407C. Data Aire Series Chilled Water – 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18, 22, 26, 30, 40, 45, 50 ton Data Aire Chilled Water units offer precision environmental control that brings a new standard of reliable performance to meet today’s market demands. These Data Aire units feature a specially designed compact tubular steel frame which allows for minimum space requirement of air conditioning equipment in the controlled area. Chilled Water units are available in 7 through 50 nominal tons with upflow or downflow air distribution. Each unit is factory run-tested and put through a comprehensive quality control procedure before shipment. Modular Data Temp – 8, 10, 13 ton When larger capacities are required and floor space is limited, the Modular Data Temp is the perfect match. This single circuit unit includes an “A” frame coil, steam generator humidifier, scroll compressor and electric reheat. dap4 microprocessor-based controls are standard equipment.
